Retech is a leader in the supply of centrifugal atomizers used for production of highly spherical powders with a narrow particle distribution.

Centrifugal Atomization of Powder is a vacuum process that directs a stream of molten metal onto a high-speed rotating cup, scattering the melt stream outward as fine droplets that solidify into powder spherules before striking the chamber walls, collecting in the cone-bottom of the vacuum chamber, then being dispensed into a powder handling system.  This semi-continuous technology produces large volumes of powder relative to its operational costs.
