Ceramic Induction Gas Atomizer (R-CIGA)

Retech Ceramic Induction Gas Atomizer systems combine vacuum induction melting of oxygen sensitive metals & alloys with inert gas atomization for the production of a variety of powder specifications.

Leveraging Retech’s experience with Vacuum Induction Melting (VIM), a Retech Hot Wall Atomizer is suited for everything from small, lab-scale batch production to very large, industrial scale installations where high throughput is essential. These systems utilize traditional induction melting combined with close-couple atomization for efficient production of spherical metal powders. Additionally, Retech Hot Wall Atomization systems have the capability to be semi-continuous via reloadable feeders.
