U-FAST MASS is GeniCore’s fully automated continuous SPS process for mass production.

GeniCore upgrades their U-FAST to a 7-step fully-automated continuous through process:

  1. Mold loading station
  2. Degassing station
  3. Transportation under vacuum
  4. Powder cleaning by very narrow high energy U-FAST pulses
  5. Spark Plasma Sintering station
  6. Cooling station with controlled atmosphere
  7. Mold unloading station

Technology inside U-FAST MASS

U-FAST MASS optimizes each of the following features to move the sintering molds through the 7 steps at a rapid pace.

High-Speed Vacuum

An advanced vacuum-system and 3 chamber airlock design reaches operational vacuum pressure in 60 seconds, an industry benchmark.

Autonomous Sintering Process

The automated feeding system, pivotal in continuous production, works in tandem with advanced control systems, each optimized for peak performance at every step. Just load the machine, enter the settings, and wait for your sintered materials.

Modular Flexibility

U-FAST MASS is uniquely suited for large-scale operations. Its ability to handle high pressure and maintain consistent vacuum levels throughout the whole process makes it ideal for mass production. Modular components and user-friendly parameter adjustment make the machines readily adaptable to a variety of materials an production demands.

MASS for Energy Efficiency

Separate vacuum airlock and cooling stations allow the Sintering station to remain under vacuum, continuously sending current pulses through the powdered material. The short, square current pulses transfer their energy to the powdered material via highly efficient Joule heating, avoiding the more energy intensive and slower convection heating if traditional sintering.

Redefining Manufacturing with Advanced Data Management

The advanced data management capabilities of U-FAST MASS continuous sintering machine allows you to see real time graphs and automatically generate immediate production reports. The control system records and analyses all of the many parameters, offering critical insights that simplify process adjustment and post process analysis.
