Reactive and Refractory Chip Processing

Retech ReMelt designs and supplies titanium aqueous wash and melt preparation systems that will crush, wash, rinse, dry, and magnetically separate titanium chips.  with production rates in excess of 2,000 lbs/per hr.  Comparable systems for other reactive and refractory metals are available.

While no two systems are identical, each system is made up of components that automate a specific step in the recycling sequence with machinery designed for optimal efficiency in energy consumption, human resources, and regulatory compliance.

Reactive and refractory chip processing systems generally include components to perform each of the following steps:
